Get on the disposition list.

We contract residential property in Kansas City and assign to buyers in our network. We source to your criteria rather than pushing a fixed list — tell us what you want and we go find it. If you close reliably and quickly, we want you on the list. If you retrade, you will come off it.

What we send

  • Address, photos, and an honest condition assessment
  • Our repair estimate and the comparable sales behind it
  • Assignment fee stated up front, never buried
  • Clear title status, including anything unresolved

We do not have a buy box

You do. Tell us what you are trying to buy — the areas, the price band, the condition you are willing to take on, the numbers that have to work — and we go look for it. We would rather source against real criteria than send the same blast to everyone and hope it lands.

If we cannot find what you are after, we will say so rather than send you something adjacent and call it close.
